If you have registered here before, please log in with the same
code. If you need, you can send the code to you from
here.
Even if you have previously registered here you still need to
log in and follow the instruction to sign up for this year's seminar.
If this is the first time you come here, you need to register
your contact information. Please note that you have to provide
a valid email address.
Please also specify if you have any special food requirements
or have any specific wishes about whom to share the room with.
As a result of your registration an email will be sent to you
with information of how to log in to the site in the future if
you need to update your information.
When a place is available for you, a new email will be sent to
you with information of how to pay for the seminar.
You confirm your place in the seminar by paying the amount
before the specified date.
Please note that you have to pay this amount before the
specified date to keep your reservation. If you don't pay,
your place will pass to the next person on the list.
If you know that you won't be able to attend, please help us
by sending an email to
info@lillsved-aikido.org
so the next person on the list can be notified.
If the list gets full you will be placed on the waiting
list.
As soon as a seminar place gets available, the next person on
the waiting list will get an email with an offer for the
place.
If you get such an offer, please either confirm your place by
paying and send an email to
info@lillsved-aikido.org
or let us know that you will not come so that we can offer the
place to the next person on the list.
Cancellation conditions counting back from start of the
seminar:
30 days or more: Deposit returned minus 600 SEK cancellation
fee
Less than 30 days: Deposit lost.
Please not that after you have made your pre-payment, the
ONLY way you can cancel your registration is
by sending an email to
cancellation@lillsved-aikido.org.
